Vehicle Categories & Pricing
Freight rates are determined based on the vehicle category and its dimensions. SASCO applies clearly defined category thresholds — including cars, small vans, large vans, and trucks — to ensure transparent and consistent pricing.
Vehicles that exceed standard size limits or have special characteristics (such as oversized dimensions or vehicles moving on chains) must be declared in advance, as they may require special handling and adjusted freight rates.
Tracking reference
For vehicle shipments, tracking is typically based on the 17-character VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). Please enter the full VIN as your reference to locate and track your shipment.
Claims Handling
SASCO distinguishes between standard shipments and VIP shipments (treated as new vehicles) when assessing claim eligibility. In case of damage, customers should report the issue locally and submit the required documentation and photos for review.
